InsureSave (“we”, “us”) operates the website insuresave.co.nz. We are a free matching service that connects New Zealanders with licensed insurance advisers. This policy explains how we handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020.

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, the type of insurance you’re interested in and your situation. We may also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and how you use the site, through analytics and advertising tools.

We use your information to match you with a licensed insurance adviser who can help with your enquiry, to contact you about your request, to improve our service, and to meet our legal obligations. The adviser we match you with will use your details to contact you and compare suitable cover.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry details with the licensed adviser or brokerage best suited to help you. We may use trusted service providers (for example hosting, customer relationship management and analytics) to operate our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing
By submitting an enquiry, you consent to a licensed adviser contacting you about your insurance options. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time.
